Please note that our turnaround time on custom orders can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks up to 5-6 weeks depending on demand, but we always do our best to get orders out the door quickly. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges so we ask our customers to double-check all of the details before purchasing their custom listing. Once a custom listing is purchased, we cannot make changes or adjustments to the order.

We do not offer wholesale at this time.

Your pillow cover will accommodate an insert up to 1"-2" larger than the cover size. We encourage you to use care when stuffing your pillow cover. We reinforce our zipper seams, but applying too much pressure can rip the seams. To fill, fold your insert in half and gently pull the cover over the insert, then gently straighten the insert before zipping the cover closed.

Wool pillow covers: To prolong the life of your pillow covers, we recommend dry cleaning as needed.

Outdoor pillow covers: To clean, brush off loose dirt and spray your pillow cover with a solution of water and mild soap. Use a soft bristle brush to clean, rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed, and air dry.

All other items: Spot clean as needed.

We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items in original, unused condition. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Repairs start at $15 per pillow cover + shipping.

Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
